We are seeking a polished communicator to act as Team Lead for our dynamic Banking department. Key responsibilities include:


Monitoring daily and monthly responsibilities for banking controls


Acting as point person for a team of analysts


Mentoring the analysts to improve their performance and understanding of processes


Reviewing performance metrics for the analyst team


Developing and implementing process improvements

Job Requirements:

Prior supervisory or project management experience is essential to this role. General ledger (GL) reconciliation experience is needed, as well as experience resolving processes and/or customer service issues. Process testing experience is preferred, and healthcare industry experience is a plus. Computer proficiency is a must. A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in a business/finance field.
