Banking Support Representatives

Customer Support Representative needed for the New Accounts Customer Support Representatives needed for the Monett, MO location. Will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by resolving issues and/or questions in a timely matter. Work with other JHA departments to facilitate a satisfactory resolution. The end goal is to provide the highest level of customer service, using their product knowledge to resolve the clients issue and restore the client to fully functional status, while strengthening the customer-JHA relationship.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a strong banking background with at least 3 years experience. Must have strong communication, analytical, independent judgment, organizational and self motivational skills. Must be able to define complex problems, collect data, establish facts, multi-task and draw valid conclusions. Must be willing to communication with customers over the telephone 90% of the time. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
Required Skills: Excellent Communication skills - verbal and written. Excellent Problem Solving Skills.

Citizenship: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
