Banking Shift Supervisors/Tellers

Shift Supervisors Coordinate, participate in, and supervise branch office operations including the teller and banking sales department. Ensure personnel promote TCF as full service bank, maintain expected standards of customer service, product referrals and accuracy of transactions. Cross-sell products and services, meet or exceed defined sales goals, actively participate in all areas of the banking including all customer transactions, sales, operations, and audit functions and coach and train staff in both sales and operations. High School Degree/GED or equivalent experience required. College degree preferred. Minimum one year previous retail supervisory experience and previous experience in goal driven environment required. Strong verbal and written communications skills, demonstrated ability to train, coach, and direct others, and market and sell all products and services required.
