Banking Service Specialist 2

The Deposit Operations Service Center is call center looking for specialist to respond to and resolve inquiries and disputes from internal and external customers on risk-related policies and procedures, e.g. check/ACH fraud, overdraft charge off, deposit verification holds, loss prevention measures, and adverse actions taken on consumer and small business deposit accounts.
Duties include: working with customer accounts to resolve customer inquiries, entering information into computer system; documenting corrective measures; resolving routine to moderately complex and difficult customer problems and inquiries.
No sales involved.
Business hours are Monday-Friday from 6:00AM - 6:30PM and Saturday 7:00AM-4:00PM. Part time, full time and flexible schedules available. Schedules range from 6am to 9:30am start times for both full time and part time schedules. Saturday work is required.
Position will initially involve three weeks of paid training at your full rate of pay.
Call center located in SOMA district of San Francisco near the 10, 12 and 15 Muni lines, three blocks from multiple Muni lines, Metro, AC Transit Transbay Terminal, and BART. Close to I-80 and the Bay Bridge. Pay parking garages on-site and throughout the neighborhood.

Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:2-3 years customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Aptitude for utilizing a wide range of systems to research issues. Flexible to adjust work schedule to accommodate business needs. Ability to work well in fast paced environment. Positive and professional demeanor.
* Preferred Skills:Experience in banking and/or financial services call center. Systems knowledge: MS Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook. Internet. Fluency in Spanish.
