Banking Quality Assurance/ Operations Manager

Our sustained growth has created an exciting career opportunity for you to flourish and excel in the role of Banking Quality Assurance/ Operations Manager on our Banking Payment Systems team at our Brea, CA headquarters.

The person in this role provides strategic managerial support and leadership to the Banking Quality Assurance and Technical Writing business units. This person will also audit and analyze information from our Electronic Payment Systems and Transaction Services teams. Functions in this role include oversight of legal processes, enterprise reporting, technical writing, and risk management.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in a financial institution with a working knowledge of internal controls strategy, fraud prevention, budgeting, policy and procedure creation, internal enterprise reporting and vendor management
Must have familiarity with operational laws and regulations pertaining to checks, ACH and wiresExperience with debit and credit card disputes, loss prevention and risk managementAbility to provide quality leadership in a fast-paced, team-oriented, intra-dependent, cooperative environment
