Sales Manager – In Store
This position is responsible for the overall management of the branch with a goal of providing maximum profitability with minimum risk. They will manage the day-to-day activities of the branch with responsibility for the direct supervision of the entire staff, generally four to five employees. Qualified candidates will have one to three years sales, management and customer service experience. At least two years of sales or retail experience is preferred. Successful candidates will be organized, self-motivated individuals with excellent listening, oral and written communication skills. Enthusiasm, initiative, and the ability to meet people make you an excellent candidate.
Assistant Sales Manager – In Store
This position will assist in the day to day management of branch activities. They must be willing to work varying hours and weekends. They will assist in monitoring branch and individual progress according to goals established by the Sales Manager. This position will solicit and identify potential customers through counter transactions, in-aisle sales, and incoming telephone inquiries as well as prospecting target customers. Qualified candidates will have one to three years of sales and customer service experience. Successful candidates will be organized, self-motivated individuals with excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.
Mortgage Originator
This position will be responsible for development and maintenance of the Sioux Falls consumer real estate loan portfolio and loan production, including in-house and secondary market real estate loans and related business, in accordance with established lending policies. College degree preferably in business, finance or accounting area. Lending experience preferred. Overall understanding of the mortgage origination process, with an emphasis on secondary market loans preferred.
Mortgage Processor
This position will be responsible for processing mortgage loans from initial application thru the closing process. Complete final funding requirements. Performs data entry on all mortgage loan applications. Ensure data integrity and files meet investor and insurer guidelines. High school diploma or equivalent; two years mortgage processing experience and a thorough knowledge of Fannie Mae and all other secondary market guidelines. Interpersonal skills necessary to gather data from a number of sources and to positively represent the bank during such contacts. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work overtime when required. Advanced computer knowledge and Microsoft Office experience.
Data Entry Specialists
This position will performs accurate data entry input of customers accounts. Responsible for reconciling out of balance proof differences and documenting them accordingly. Accurately making the appropriate customer/bank adjustments as needed. Maintain established productivity and quality standards, attentive to detail and highly accurate. Process all daily volume. Performing additional quality control checks. Strong data entry skills required with attention to detail.
Sales Associates
Associates will sell and cross-sell the bank’s products and services through in-aisle selling, PA announcements, outbound calls, prospecting, and over the counter sales. Associates will perform duties ranging from sales, counter functions, new account openings, and loan origination. They must be willing to work varying hours and weekends. Candidate will have the right mix of skills and attributes, including proven sales skills, outgoing personality, enthusiastic attitude, availability to work non-traditional hours, be a self starter, a willingness to participate in creative marketing approaches and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Tellers
This position will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, coin and cash orders in a friendly courteous manner. Qualified candidates will possess customer service skills, plus the ability to process financial transactions. Position requires an organized, self-motivated person with excellent communication skills. Enthusiasm and the ability to meet people make you an excellent candidate.
