Retail Lending Specialist -Position will work in RetailLending Department assisting
underwriting withdocumentation necessaryto close retail loans. Experience
in the field of residential
lending includesknowledge of ordering andreviewing both title insurance
and appraisals, obtaining
closing cost information,
payoffcalculations, and preparingsettlement statements.Ideal candidate will have 1to 3 years experience inthe above areas with experience
in residential loanclosings, processing, andtitle review. High degreeof interpersonal communication
is required. Wordprocessing skills required.
Retail Lending Underwriter Position will work in Retail
Lending Departmentwith particular emphasison conventional residentialloan underwriting. Thisposition requires prior underwriting
knowledge andunderstanding of secondary
market guidelines.This person will have astrong understanding ofquality loan underwriting.Ability to develop residential
loan business also desired.
Experience in residential
loan underwritingof 1 to 3 years is required.Minimum of 1 year supervisory
experience is desired

Planner, (preferably aCFP), to join our salesteam in the Trust Division.The candidate will identifyand service clients needingassistance with FinancialPlanning, Estate Planning,Business and Compensation
Planning, EmployeeBenefits, Qualified Plansand Retirement Counseling.
Incumbent must be ahighly motivated self-
starter, requiring limitedsupervision. This is a salary
plus incentive position.Bilingual Community andTraining Liaison- This individual
influences the delivery,
translation, and facilitation
of educational,marketing, and diversityprograms responding tothe needs of bank employees
and the community.Candidate must speak,read, and write in Spanishfluently and should have 3years prior sales and business
development experience.
