Banking- Commercial Division - Underwriting/ Analyst Experience

We are seeking a dynamic,experienced Credit Analyst to join our growing team in Miami!

The main responsibilities of this position include:
performing and preparing financial analysis, assess non-financial areas within a credit or vendor relationship (i.e., quality of management), evaluate credit risk, recommend appropriate loan structuring and servicing of existing commercial credit relationships and assist in the underwriting of prospective commercial customers and vendors. Write analyses on higher dollar commercial credit relationships that have higher risk profiles to the Bank based on level of credit exposure. The analysis should influence the Approver’s actions. Write analyses on existing and prospective vendor relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Four-year college degree (BA, BS, BBA) or equivalent plus 2-6 years experience as a credit or financial analyst in a commercial bank. Some supervisory experience is preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Moody’s. Strong oral and written communication skills. Completion of a formal commercial credit training program (i.e. Omega) is preferred.
