Member of a small team based in New York City, dedicated to managing an existing portfolio and developing the BBH&Co. corporate banking business within Connecticut and New York. Business is focused on providing commercial banking services and corporate finance advice to privately held middle market companies. The product suite includes $3-15 million direct senior credit facilities, cash management, investment management, capital raising and merger and acquisition advice.Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility for this position will be credit analysis and relationship management support for assigned credits, including periodic monitoring and annual review of existing borrowing relationships; preparation of written credit reports; underwriting of new extensions of credit, including data collection and due diligence process.Candidate Specifications:
The successful candidate should have two-to-three years experience with a major commercial or investment bank, preferably within the New York metro area. Candidate should have received formal credit training and have a solid understanding of proper legal documentation for senior credit facilities. The successful candidate will be able to interact effectively with both internal and external points of contact.
