Our financial products and services drive sales, deepen guest relationships and sustain outstanding profitability.As a Bankcard Accounting & Operations (BCAO) Team Lead, you will supervise a group of 10-15 non-exempt team members supporting Bank Card Accounting & Operations functions. Create a culture that focuses on the guest by insuring team members deliver performance expectations in Quality, Productivity, and Service Level goals through a "Brand Experience". Provide leadership, development and support to team while fostering a Fast, Fun and Friendly work environment. The Team Lead is also responsible for meeting staffing commitments.

Training, coaching, monitoring, scheduling, and maintaining accurate team member records, including audit results, production, attendance, and adherence to company policyMonitoring and auditing the work of each team member to ensure maximum effectiveness and adherence to procedures, laws and regulationsInterviewing and hiring new team members to meet staffing commitments and manage team performance, specifically holding others accountable, recognizing strong performance and taking action when performance is not meeting expectations. Completing and administrating team member performance reviewsProviding regular feedback and suggestions to team members for performance improvements with an emphasis on coaching, relationship building, and long term skill developmentCommunicating performance expectations. Understanding and taking action on data to drive all aspects of team performance.
Understanding, articulating and maintaining a thorough knowledge of TFS policy and procedures, Red Card guidelines, along with Legal and Federal RegulationsDeveloping and implementing new business strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of service provided to our account holders. Being a change agent for BCAO and driving Team Member engagement of new initiativesPreparing and analyzing weekly/monthly statistical reporting and tracking for Bank Card Accounting and Operations LeadershipResolving account holder escalations that require supervisory assistanceEnsuring that all team member research and resolutions are performed accurately and in a timely fashion reducing financial loss when possibleProcessing credit employee account adjustments and ratings Utilizing and providing training on all systems and resources available to team membersMaintaining an effective communication process to ensure team members have current and up-to-date information on systems, guidelines, procedures, as well as Legal and Federal RegulationsUsing leadership strategies that promote business understanding, trust, accountability, communication, recognition and consistency to minimize attrition.
Job RequirementsMinimum Requirements: BS or BA degree or 2+ years of supervisory experienceProven leadership skills and the ability to effectively develop, manage, and motivate people within a fact paced production oriented work environment with a strong sense of urgencyExcellent communication, organizational, and analytical skillsProven skills in handling people issues and conflict resolutionPC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and OutlookStrong guest service perspective/experience Demonstrated patience and professionalismDesired Requirements: Previous Bank Card Operations experience
