Bank Protection Group Leader

DUTIES: Supervises shift personnel (security guards) by: communicating policies and procedures; training guards in the performance of their duties; assigning duties and following up to insure they are satisfactorily completed, evaluating guards on their performance and making recommendations to the Security Administrator for disciplinary action when necessary. Identify and resolve problems. Communicate pertinent information to and from the Security Administrator, security guards and oncoming personnel. Prepares written reports as needed and reviews the reports from security guards for accuracy and completeness. In the absence of the Security Administrator or supervisors, takes control of emergency situations until relieved by Bank Protection Administration or the appropriate public safety officials.
Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, and basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access required.

1 to 2 years related work experience required.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Interest in security and loss prevention measures.

Ability to be certified in CPR, AED, First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogens.

Ability to understand and manage Access Control system, EasyLobby Visitor system, DVR surveillance equipment, Dictaphone recording system.

Ability to work well with coworkers and internal and external customers
