BUILDING MECHANIC Bank seeks individual with 3 to 5 yrs exp. in building maintenance environment who will perform a full range of maintenance duties to include, preventative & corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, water treatment & refrigeration systems, carpentry, painting, general cleaning & outside ground maint. Must be able to lift 50 lbs & work on ladders/lifts up to 25 ft. May perform chauffeur and/or courier service duties. Valid TX Drivers Lic. Must speak & write in English.
