First Horizon Construction Lending, a subsidiary of First Tennessee Bank with

commercial construction office in the Tampa Bay market and is looking for the
following real estate professionals:

Relationship Manager - 7 or more years of experience in builder lines of
credit, townhouses, condominiums, development loans and/or income properties
from $1MM to $25MM in the West Florida market. Qualified candidates will have
sales experience and the ability to underwrite loans and oversee the closing
process.

Portfolio Manager - 5 or more years of experience in reviewing financial
statements, preparing credit packages, portfolio management and annual
reviews. Documentation and construction loan closing experience a plus.

Our office is located next to the Hyatt near the Tampa Airport and is
convenient to Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties. First Horizon is an
