Audit Supervisor

An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Audit Supervisor to join an established and successful Metro DC accounting firm.

Essential Functions:Prepare financial statements for audit, review and compilation engagements for clients of varying sizes, non-profit organizations, and real estate ventures.
Prepare budgets for financial statement and tax return engagements, as well as perform post-completion review of financial statement engagements to facilitate and streamline future work.
Prepare income tax returns for small businesses, partnerships, corporations and non-profit organizations.
Perform financial statement engagement fieldwork.
Supervise staff as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: CPA required (applicants near completion may be considered).
Must have 2 – 6 years of public accounting experience – not-for-profit experience highly preferred
Ability to perform independently and effectively during financial statement engagement fieldwork.
Proficiency with ProSystem fx Tax and ProSystem fx Engagement software
