Our people are bright, and so is our future.General Description:The Senderra Freshman is an entry level position leading to rapid advancement within Senderra. This position is an opportunity to start on the ground floor of a wholesale lending operation and elevate to different positions within the company. The Senderra Freshman is responsible to train and execute on assigned tasks within different Senderra teams as well as share ideas as they relate to improvement of execution. The Senderra Freshman will be gain experience in all aspects of mortgage lending by being cross-functional and participating in a horizontal business environment.Responsibilities:Obtain professional and technical knowledge, attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks and reviewing professional publications.
Attend technical training sessions for related tasks
Organize/prioritize details while completing multiple tasks on schedule
Participate in meetings, formulating ideas and sharing them with the team in written and oral form
Research and present results to the team and management
Meet and exceed milestones and goals set within the program set by management
Transition within teams to complete assigned tasksExercise independent judgment and work productively with minimal supervision
Become well versed in Senderra’s products, pricing, policies & procedures
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:Mortgage industry experience a plus but not necessary
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years work experience
Must be a flexible team memberStrong interpersonal skills & outstanding communication skills
Strong analytical skillsBilingual skills, English/Spanish, is a plus
Must be a highly motivated individual
Must exhibit strong leadership skills
Must have high integrity and strong work ethic
Be innovative and able to express ideas
Embrace change in a start up environment
High energy and a positive attitude are a must
Must be results oriented and exhibit great customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively, accurately, with attention to detail.Ability to work with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
