Asst Store Manager 2

As a member of the store management team in medium to large-sized store locations, this job is responsible for contributing to the overall success of the branch through quality leadership, customer service, risk management and sales. Assists the store manager in establishing sales and service goals. Creates, trains and coaches a successful sales, service and referral team. Is responsible for directing staff to maximize resources and achieve service and sales goals. This includes training and problem resolution. Responsible for ensuring compliance with audit and operational regulations and guidelines. Actively sells and services new and existing customers as needed. Assumes the duties of the Store Manager in his/her absence.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:To be eligible for employment with Wells Fargo Bank you must be able to establish proof of eligibility to work in the United States, successfully pass a criminal background check and must be at least 18 years of age.
* Preferred Skills:Banking/Financial exposure is preferred.
