Executive Compensation Reporting

Responsible for monthly reporting of equity plan positions to internal accounting and finance.
Producing ad hoc reports for FAS123(R).
Interface with transfer agent, trustee, retail brokers, internal accounting, corporate tax and internal/external auditors.
Accurate reporting and reconciling of all transactions.
Assist in providing and marinating equity award information for online platform.
Assist in the review and redesign of processes used for equity program reporting and termination reporting and tracking.
Assist manager in improving global tax and financial reporting process for firm wide stock award issuance.
Assist in administration of the Firm wide Equity Award program, including processing stock option exercises and share issuances along with related tax and income reporting.
Strong desire to analyze and look for ways to enhance and improve current processes.
Responsible for managing and developing one Analyst.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong academic background with a BA/BS in accounting, finance, mathematics or other analytical areas preferred.
Prior work experience of 5 to 7 years in a executive compensation or accounting/finance function.
Very strong PC skills including Excel and database proficiency.
Able to work independently in high pressure environment.
Understanding of basic accounting principals and or basic executive compensation elements ( I.e. restricted stock/stock options)
