Associate Director - Transaction Print

Managing third shift transactional print production, which consists of a fleet of 5 Xerox high speed mainframe printers and 4 printer operators. Oversee completion of print workload in the print area throughout the shift according to Service Level Agreements, to include post-processing functions to achieve the highest level of customer service and on time print.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Produce monthly print operator schedule
•Provide direction to staff in completing their assignments
•Provide timely verbal and written communication to systems support and dayshift staff
•Interact with peers, management, and technical support
•Work with management and client areas to coordinate quarterly and year end production
•Communicate on a regular basis with team members through staff meetings
•Ensure team works effectively and efficiently and that high quality work is delivered consistently
•Perform work within established budget parameters
•Facilitate staff development; recognize/reward positive performance
•Address performance/behavior situations in a timely and appropriate manner via established HR guidelines
•Make timely and well thought out decisions based on established operating procedures
•Clearly communicates issues and problems in a timely manner with recommendations and suggestions for their resolutions

This opening currently resides in Springfield, MA, however as organizations and their structures evolve, locations may be reevaluated and position location may change. We are looking for candidates who have flexibility between MassMutual's two locations: Springfield, MA, Enfield, CT.

REQUIREMENTS
•High school graduate with at least two years similar experience
•Must have good math and organizational skills
•Computer aptitude a plus
•Ability to lift 30 lbs.
•Hours for this position 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, Monday through Friday
•Must be available on weekends, and for mandatory overtime as needed

This is a third shift position with a 10% differential for entire shift
