We are seeking an Associate Director with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience for our Corporate Finance department.
This position will involve analyzing leveraged bank loan and high yield credits across multiple industries. Qualified candidate will have a generalist background and possess sufficient credit experience relevant for evaluating leveraged transactions. Eventual responsibilities will include serving as primary analyst on various high-yield accounts which would entail meeting with company management and writing company and industry reports for general publication. The candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently to analyze and communicate an individual credit. Analyst will be expected to present companies to Fitch Rating’s internal credit rating committee; communicating ratings and rating rationale to senior management and investors
Bachelors Degree is required, should have 3+ years analytic experience, competence in financial statement and valuation analysis.
