Associate Branch Manager

Manage the daily operations of the branch and ensures effective delivery of Bank products and services.Directly accountable for the "inside" sales production at the assigned branch.
-Manage, motivate and develop retail staff.-Coordinate daily opening and closing activities of the branch.-Supervise cash management.-Ensure prompt response to and satisfactory resolution of customer inquiries.-Accept and process loan and home equity loans, acting as liaison between the customer and the Loan Department. Close loans in the branch.-Exercise sound customer service and sales techniques to identity customers' needs.-Cross sell miscellaneous services.
REQUIREMENTS
Two-three years experience in the financial services industry.Supervisory experience.Excellent customer service skills.
