Assistant Teller Supervisor

Bridgeview Bank Group has an opening for an Assistant Teller Supervisor at our Clark Street location. The individual we are seeking must have a dynamic and enthusiastic personality with strong leadership and customer service experience. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, display exceptional performance and have 1-3 years experience as an Assistant Teller Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:



*Directly supervise Teller staff
*Develop and mentor the retail team to deliver our mission to provide the best banking experience
*Provide clear customer focused direction and priorities to the team
*Responsible for accurate balancing of bank systems
*Provide on-going training for employees on customer service, handling difficult situations, and maximizing cross-selling opportunities
*Respond to and resolve employee relations issues in a professional and timely manner
*Maintain branch compliance with all bank policies
Perform other duties as assigned which may include ATM reconciliation, night drops and complete teller audits

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:



Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
Comprehensive knowledge of all bank products and services
Effective cross-selling and referral skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Excellent customer service skills
