Assistant Managers

Nationwide payday loan company is seeking Assistant Managers to join our growing operations in Norfolk, Hampton Roads & Newport News, VA. This position provides assistance in daily operations including:
Organizing the office daily for business
Contacting all pending due accounts
Following up with previous day's canceled appointments to reschedule
Scheduling new appointments
Contact customers to collect on delinquent accounts
Receiving calls from potential customers and answering questions
Processing phone loan applications
Accurately enter information into company database in a timely manner
Fulfill manager's responsibilities when he/she is out of the office
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have previous banking, financial services and/or customer service experience. Attention to detail, customer service and communication skills plus a high level of professionalism are extremely important to success in this position.

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with half-day Saturday rotation.
