Assistant Controller- Banking

Growing Hartford Connecticut area bank is seeking temporary Assistant Controller. Will be involved with SEC reporting including Q & K filing, creating tables, MD&A write ups, & call reports.
Also will work with bank wide risk assessment for SOX 404 compliance. Possible temp to hire opportunity if candidate proves to be good fit. If qualified, please send your resume as a Word document attachment. Please only local candidates will be considered.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires experience with SEC reporting including Q & K filing.
Requires experience with SOX 404 requirements.
Banking experience highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
Strong PC skills including Excel & Word required.
