oversee all accounting aspects for funds and diverse product mix review of daily and monthly reporting packages, including review of cash and position reconciliations, P&L, portfolio, and journal entry review review monthly valuation, communication with the valuation committee and review fair value memorandums prepared by analysts. oversee all aspects of risk and management reporting assist with developing, documenting, and implementing internal control procedures oversight of other team members review of monthly partner allocations and performance prepared by the Fund’s administrator preparation of year end financial statements and act as lead for the fund’s year end audits play an active role in developing efficiencies and assisting with software implementations and new systems. create customized reporting aimed to bring an analytic approach to the fund’s various financing activities assist in developing and implementing training and staff development programs calculate monthly administration budget and accruals for professional fees communicate directly with the CFO and Controller other special projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years of public / private accounting experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have at least 2 years of public accounting experience and be a Certified Public Accountant. Candidates must have the ability to work in a challenging team oriented environment and supervise other team members.
