Assistant Branch Manager I-II (Sales)

First Financial Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager of Sales at our San Diego and Temecula branches.
-Motivated individual must be able to promote the Credit Union's products and services.-Position will pre-qualify members for Consumer, Mortgage and Auto Loans, open new accounts; checking, savings, CD's, etc.- Assists in the preparation of branch budget.- Opens and closes branch.- Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding the branch sales goals established by the Credit Union.- Participates in developing and implementing branch goals and objectives.- Will be responsible for balancing the vault and assisting members with transactions and resolving issues.First Financial Credit Union began in 1933 and has assets over $500 million. REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least 2 or more years of previous supervisory or management experience, cash handling, and good customer service experience in a Bank or Credit Union.- Will coach, motivate, evaluate and train the branch tellers.- Must be able to meet or exceed referral goals.- Must be flexible to work various hours during the week, and must be available to work on Saturdays.- Credit Union or Banking experience is a must.Please send your resume and salary requirements for review.
