Affordable Equity Partners (AEP), a company of JE Smith Companies, is a financial resources company providing a full range of investment banking services for those seeking to build, purchase or rehabilitate multi-family housing. AEP currently is seeking to add an Asset Manager to our staff.
Applicable skills include:
In depth analysis of property-level and portfolio-level performance.Conduct site inspections and compliance monitoring.Collection and review of property construction, marketing and leasing reports.Ability to work with property managers, leasing agents, development and construction management personnel.Must be a self-starter and have excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced/entrepreneurial work environment.A desire to travel
REQUIREMENTSIdeal candidates will have 1-3 years experience in real estate development or operationsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or real estateComputer skills required with a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookStrong organizational, analytical and communication skills.Preference given to individuals with Property Management or Financial Management experience.
