Asset Availability Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job targets opportunities in enhancing the reliability and availability of assets. They provide daily support to the in the troubleshooting of equipment related problems and works with the Maintenance Gatekeeper to prioritize the maintenance work. Responsibilities include the evaluation and categorization of production losses, and this job is accountable for identifying opportunities that result in the eliminating of those production losses. The AAL coordinates the effort of Reliability Engineers and works with them to resolve production losses due to equipment failures. They lead the development of key turnaround drivers in alignment with the Unit Business Plan(s) and also lead the development of an optimized and minimized turnaround scope. Maintain reliability data for production area, coordinate effort of reliability engineers, ensure turnaround scope addresses availability issues, and daily support to production area; to include assisting operators to resolve gaps between current procedures versus plan and provide troubleshooting assistance.
REQUIREMENTS
BS degree in Engineering or other related technical field

This person must have good leadership and communication skills along with a strong analytical tendency. Strong interpersonal and technical troubleshooting skills
Understanding of solid fuel power plant equipment and it's operation desired.Proficiency with MS Office products
