Function: Sales Management Position: Area Vice President Location: Southern California.
Wireless Capital Partners, today's leading financial options provider for cellular antenna and tower landlords across the nation,is currently searching for an Area Vice President. The company boasts an industry leading management team with vast real estate experience that has amasseed the largest private pool of wireless telecom leases. Wireless Capital is able to offer flexible financial alternatives to real estate owners who have wireless telecommunications facilities on their property. The ideal candidate will exemplify an entrepreneurial spirit, superior leadership and marketing expertise, coordination, execution, motivation, budgeting and planning skills. An udnerstanding of mortgage origination and financial, real estate sales is a plus. This is a full time position offering base salary plus commission and bonus, and an excellent company benefits package. Area Vice Presidents are expected to make over $250,000 per year.
With the flexibility of working in a satellite office environment, our Area Vice President will develop a territory acquisitions strategy, manage up to 5 individuals, hire and motivate teams, manage P&L, ensure effective processes and optimal customer satisfaction. Wireless Capital offers outstanding financial alternatives for its customers. The Area Vice President interacts with customers and various divisions within the comapny and is occasionally required to travel outside the assigned regional territory.
Job Responsibilities:
Proactively identifies and targets audiences for new business development
Develops, defines, administers and controls regional acquisition plan and P&L
Ensure outstanding customer service
Act as liaison between regional Directors of Finance & Acquisitions and corporate management
Coordinates, supports and implements corporate sales and marketing goals on the territory level
Monitors and evaluates performance of a 5-person dynamic regional sales team and recruits new DFAs
Leads acquisitions team toward the successful expansion of WCP's business goals
Develops, oversees and executes field training, mentoring, coaching and career development
Works successfully to solve regional human resources issues

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Excellent understanding of the complex sales process and experience with relationship sales
2+ years in corporate level sales management with experience in the financial industry
Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university
Strong leadership, management and training skills
Ability to forecast and plan regional strategies and budgets
Excellent marketing skills
Ability to navigate across complex environments
Excellent written, oral communication and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and coordinate teams
Professional appearance and demeanor
Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
