Responsible for building relationships within the community, which result in the generation/closing of mortgage loans. Cold calling, marketing, building relationships, etc that generate customers who are interested in obtaining a mortgage. Knowledgeable of the Citimortgage product offerings. Communicate cross-selling opportunities within Citigroup where applicable. Knowledge of/ability to communicate with customers on the proper documents needed to process their loan file. Provide documents to the processors and acquire any additional information as directed by the processors and/or underwriters. Work with processors/closers and customers to ensure timely closing of the customers loan.
REQUIREMENTS
Specifications / Qualifications

Strong leadership skills. Prior management experience a must. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Strong project management experience. Strategically oriented, innovative thinker and solid decision maker. Budgeting and forecasting experience. Extensive knowledge of all legal, regulatory, underwriting and corporate policies/procedures in order to ensure unit compliance. 5-10 years mortgage experience and branch network experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.
