Appraiser - Commercial Review

Due to tremendous growth, a national leader in commercial lending has created a new position for a full-time commercial appraisal reviewer in their Phoenix office.

Some of the duties and responsibilities include the following:

1. Manage the regional branch-based commercial fee appraiser network including solicitation, review and approval of commercial fee appraisers to assure adequate appraiser coverage.

2. Order commercial appraisals and interact with the branch regarding the assignment of appraisals, associated fees, and anticipated turn time.

3. Complete an initial data search for each commercial loan submission, as well as an on-site inspection prior to formal approval of commercial loans, noting condition, location, and/or potential value issues.

4. Complete a technical desk review on completed commercial appraisals.

5. Interact with commercial fee appraisers via phone and letter to inform them of concerns regarding their submissions and to develop a well-supported value for lending purposes.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be certified general in the state of Arizona. This position provides a generous base salary and monthly incentive plan as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
