Application Analyst I (technical)

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is a leading technology provider for the financial industry.

Application Analyst needed for the Westwood, MA location. Position is responsible for supporting software application installation, database loading, training and continuing support for our banking software product written in MS Access. While most training and support are via the Internet, some travel is required 10-20%.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate must be proficient in MS Access, MS SQL as well as familiar with MS Windows navigation and tools. Must possess strong client support/problem solving skills and provide responsive and competent telephone technical support to customers in areas of product features, installation and use; resolve complicated technical and end user issues; and be able to address the majority of issues independently with only the most complex technical questions requiring escalation.

Citizenship: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
