Analyst, Product Management

Position summary: Acts as the liaison between the Institutional Sales Force and the Equity Research department. Responsible for generating ideas for the Morning & Midday calls and interpreting breaking news and TWP research. This is accomplished through having a general understanding of the entire TWP Research Universe and the relationships between different industries and companies. Also responsible for packaging TWP research in a marketable format for Institutional Sales.



Position responsibilities:

Organize and help write the TWP Morning Call and TWP Midday Call
Organize the TWP Morning Tailwind and TWP Midday Tailwind
Have a general understanding of the entire TWP investment universe & the relationships between different industries & companies
Stay current of market and industry news
Generate quantitative screens to identify potential stock ideas
Produce periodical pieces for use by Institutional Sales and Trading
Produce special projects that identify investable thematic and secular trends
REQUIREMENTS
Essential skills and experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Articulate, with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
Work diligently to complete various projects
Intelligent, creative, and a team player
Must be timely and able to prioritize and multi-task
3:30 AM start time


Nonessential skills and experience:

· Graduate degree

· Series 7 and 63 licenses

· Financial/Investment knowledge and experience desired
