Here's what Loan Processors do:

LPs are the central point of contact during the loan process, performing steps that include welcoming customers and ordering appraisals and titles.

LPs also review the proposed loan terms with the customer. When necessary, they restructure the proposed loan terms and then review revised mortgage options with the customer.

They ensure loan quality and monitor the flow of loans through the complete loan submission and approval process.

As with all Ameriquest associates, the LP operates and performs all duties at the highest level of personal and professional integrity; strong work ethic; dedication to customer service; and, in compliance with all state and federal regulations and Company policies and procedures.
