Administrative Specialist, Senior

Provides general administrative support to the Wealth Management Services Personal Trust team. Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment and is capable of analyzing complex information requests and determining complex trends. Works independently on projects that require detailed investigation, analysis and problem solving skills. Assists Trust Administrators with cash management activities by monitoring cash flows of trust accounts. Prepares routine discretionary payment requests for Trust Administrator's Review. Identifies and resolves problems and discrepancies arising in account administration. Accompanies Trust Administrators to meetings with clients, attorneys, CPA. Prepares drafts of simple account related documents. Prepares and monitors close-out accounts. Participates in the training of junior administrator assistants.
Job Requirements

Requires a high school education or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years administrative support experience.
Previous Trust experience or knowledge of Trust terminology highly desired.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required to effectively communicate with clients and all levels of Bank colleagues.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Ability to use computer and various software required (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
