We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Commercial Lending Team in Rosemont, Illinois. In this position, you’ll serve as a liaison to build effective relationships with others internally and externally of the company regarding administrative issues. Under general supervision, you will provide a broad range of routine technical, administrative, and staff support duties which may require a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Will assist in closing of loans.
Working with the broker and / or the customer to close the transaction in a timely fashion.
Reading items received from clients and verification that they contain correct information.
Assist with customer service issues such as: line draws, money transfers, opening accounts, research and problem solving.·
Working directly with loan operations, doc prep, wire room and with retail branches.
Performing a wide variety of assignments which are sometimes confidential in nature; operates a personal computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, reports, and operates a variety of office equipment.
Preparing and assembling documentation.
Supporting staff in obtaining and compiling information from outside sources.
Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and requests.

REQUIREMENTS
TO JOIN OUR TEAM, YOU’LL NEED:
Understanding CAF/CAM, UCC searches, tax verification, site visits, searches, appraisals, loan documents.
Effective organizational, oral and written communication skills.
Good phone skills and customer services skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships both internally and externally. Thorough knowledge of all PC applications.
Understanding and application of administration activities.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes.
Exhibit adaptability in a team oriented environment.
EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
High School Diploma combined with business administrative related courses and a minimum two years experience in related function.
