Placement Pros, the commercial division of Vedior North America (3rd largest staffing organization in the world) has immediate openings for a Title Policy Reviewer/ Preparer for a large mortgage / realty company.

Job Description:
On a daily basis, the candidate will produce a title policy according to Client specifications and will examine the title compliance documentation, as required on the commitment, to insure. The title compliance documentation is reviewed on-line utilizing the ImageWeb and Application Extender systems. The commitment is marked to either delete or provide exceptions to items where compliance is/is not evidenced. Candidate is also responsible for verifying the correct policy premium, along with the selection of the appropriate endorsements according to audited Client compliance. The final policy is printed and inserted in the appropriate jacket after satisfactory review and delivered along with the file for shipment to the client and underwriters.
* Various administrative/clerical support functions may also be included, such as receiving and distributing of documentation, printing title commitments, and opening related mail. *
This is a long term contract position with a very large and prominent mortgage / realty company.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must have at 1-3 years of administrative assistant experience and be proficient in Word and Excel.
