Our client is one of the prominent litigation support specialist in the country. They are looking for a candidate to assist and learn from their 30 years of experience. This firm has worked on high profile cases such as Enron and MCI WorldCom.

Review relevant company documents
o Identify documents that assist plaintiffs side
o Identify documents that support defendants side
o Identify documents to be used in our expert reports
o Identify documents to be used for depositions
o Summarize documents reviewed in written form
Review auditors work papers for violations of GAAS
Research GAAP and GAAS issues that are relevant to case

Read various legal filings (e.g., Complaints) and summarize accounting and auditing issues

Read deposition testimony and summarize/identify relevant portions for use in written expert reports

Prepare deposition outlines and develop relevant deposition questions
Read public filings of defendant companies

Prepare financial spreadsheets
o Compute effect of accounting errors on financial statements

Prepare various written issue memorandums for attorneys.

Assist in drafting expert reports

Communicate with attorneys
o Explain issues to litigation team
o Answer questions as needed
