Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for providing a variety of clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures and established timelines. Accurately process new account set-up fee forms and maintenance forms on existing accounts. Re-analyze accounts due to errors or requests from Administrators. Ensure customer invoices are mailed each month on time. Conduct research on discrepancies and make appropriate correction(s). Review various internal fee reports and follow up as needed. Respond to and resolve inquires from Administration.
Requirements:
Two or Four Year degree in Accounting/Finance or related field. Ability to understand and work from written instructions. Attention to detail and good mathematical aptitude is important. Good communication and customer service skills. Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software. Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.

Hourly Rate is $14 per hour
