job description Join the Technical Accounting team and provide business valuation support for purchase price accounting adjustments, as well as annual valuation requirements. Research technical accounting issues throughout Sprint Nextel. Work with senior executives to provide accounting advice with regard to the structuring of key/material agreements. Participate in industry research and rulemaking bodies such as the EITF, FASB, and CTIA. Participate in due diligence with regard to mergers and acquisitions.
job requirements Position requires Bachelor’s Degree (CPA preferred) and 4-6 years experience with technical accounting issues with emphasis on valuation work.
