Account/Relationship Manager

Our client is one of the northeast’s fastest growing title insurance agencies. The title insurance business is naturally booming right along with the surge in home buying seen over the past few years. REQUIREMENTS
Duties/Responsibilities: The Account (Relationship) Managers are responsible for introducing, educating and promoting the use of our title insurance and closing service to attorneys, realtors, builders and lenders in their assigned territories and meet territory volume quotas. The activities include building and developing strong relationships with members of the local real estate community (attorneys, realtors, builders, and lenders) to promote our products by making them aware of our clients "Extreme Service Model" and using strong public relations skills to promote good will toward our clients brand and gain better access to the key decision makers. For candidates without prior title experience our client will help the Account Manager get licensed, provide industry, product and training and continue with on-going support from mentors and managers. Our client will offer a competitive salary plus commission structure including a salary supplemental during the initial three months ramp up. The Account Manager candidate must have 1-2 years related industry field experience (Real estate or home lending experience). Qualifications/Requirements:

Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing and reliable transportation.
Must have designated home office with PC and broadband internet access.
Live and be an active member of their community in their territory and target market.
Must be able to schedule and attend frequent evening meetings, dinners and business social functions.Performance Expectations: The Account Manager's performance will be evaluated based on the overall achievement of each individual territory quota. Additional success measures include,Marketing metrics (activity, market share, etc.) Compliance with our Department Playbook Mix of business (orders by source and transaction type)Compensation. Compensation for the Account Manager position will have three elements, base salary, commissions and benefits.
