Account Managers, P&BB acquire, develop, expand and retain relationships with high value personal clients. Account Managers P&BB are banking center based. They proactively identify needs, ask probing questions, offer financial solutions and ask for the business in all client contacts. They are knowledgeable about the products and services offered through RBC Centura and its affiliates and proactively identify opportunities to refer clients to their colleagues. They work one on one with clients to understand their financial objectives and assist them with solutions to meet their current and future needs. Account Managers P&BB develop strategies and contact plans for each client to ensure relationship expansion. They manage a portfolio of clients, building their portfolio to predetermined target size for their market and role. They proactively anticipate and take ownership of client requests and resolve issues at the first point of contact. They act in a pivotal role within the banking center ensuring relationships are anchored and clients are provided access to the full range of RBC Financial Group capabilities.AJB - 33020
