Client Account Management (CAM) consists of the Client Team and the Product/Process Team. The Client Team consists of Account Managers and Administrators who interact daily with clients and coordinate the set-up, maintenance and reporting on the investment portfolios. These individuals are dedicated to specific segments so that they can cultivate a better understanding of the unique servicing needs of their client base and champion those concerns within the larger organization. They work with their counterparts in sales and portfolio management to evaluate existing and prospective business.



Responsibilities:



v Learn and apply information related to order entry, analytic functionality, infrastructure, and development into Account Management duties.

v Contribute to account development by assisting sales and internal resources to identify revenue opportunities.

v Responsible for individually managed account growth as well as departmental support contributions.

Assist in project management details related to overall company improvement

Bachelor's Degree required;

v Required: Strong communication/team building skills.

v Required: Electronic trade software support experience.

v Required: Analytic software support experience.

v Preferred: Project Management skill sets

v Preferred: Series 7,63 licensed

v Preferred: US Equity/Foreign markets trading experience
