Account Executive - Wholesale Mortgage

Seeking experienced account executives with minimum one-year wholesale non-conforming experience to handle Framingham territory. Proven closings in wholesale non-conforming loans. Must possess strong background with mortgage brokers/bankers. Local market travel required. Excellent compensation package and possible sign-on bonus for qualified applicant.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Must have a minimum of 1-2 years Wholesale Mortgage sales experience (retail Loan Officer experience does not qualify.)

2. Must have active broker contacts.

3. Must have consistently closed 10+ units per month.

4. Prefer Alt-A and sub-prime mortgage experience.
