Account Executive, Wholesale AE-AE

And we do it fast, guaranteeing brokers a 24-hour underwriting turnaround or we cut our fees in half.The Account Executive is responsible for contacting mortgage brokers and selling Argent products and services. Responsibilities include:Contacting and setting up wholesale mortgage brokers
Advise brokers of any changes to Argent loan programs, rates and/or policies
Act as liaison between broker and Argent loan processing staff
Assist in protecting Argent's assets through careful review of broker activity
Provide Regional Sales Manager with timely production reports
Ensure all compliance regulations are metSuccessful candidates will have: At least one year of experience as a wholesale Account Executive, or four years experience as a Loan Officer. (established book of business is preferred)
Consideration will be given to top notch retail sales performers.Must be self motivated and have a track record of being a top sales performer.
Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with public speaking.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
