As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for soliciting A quality, first mortgages and services from mortgage brokers, bankers, credit unions, etc. You will manage credit quality and productivity goals. You will also originate mortgages that adhere to credit standards while provide training to brokers and bankers regarding credit guidelines, compliance, procedures, etc. In addition, you will seek out cross-selling opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of three years of first mortgage and quality outside B2B sales experience Minimum of one year hands on experience with automated underwriting required Experience with credit and loan documentation Must have strong knowledge of local broker market. Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC and Jumbo Guidelines and automation Knowledge of the local mortgage broker market is essential Team-oriented with great interpersonal skills Possess good time management and organizational proficiencies Computer proficient
