As a member of the CitiMortgage construction team, you will be expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism. We are looking for individuals who possess the following characteristics: energetic, honest, a strong knowledge of the mortgage industry standards and practices, great verbal and written communication skills, strong public speaker, MS office skills, construction background preferred, detail oriented, self-motivated, strong team spirit, organized, enthusiastic, and have a competitive drive to be a part of a winning organization.



Responsible for sales growth with current clients and solicitation of new clients; Provide training and guidance to approved brokers and builders regarding CMI's programs and policies; Provide continuous follow-up to ensure business is being referred, CMI loans are registered to close and quality standards are maintained; Represent CMI at local trade shows/conferences.





REQUIREMENTS


Originate and close wholesale loans offered by the CitiMortgage Wholesale Construction Department.Provide sales support for the CitiMortgage (non-construction) Account Executives including but not limited to: regular product training sessions, marketing support, broker presentations, weekly broker joint sales calls, pipeline reporting, and inter-division communications. Customer relationship management including but not limited to: training, communication of program updates and enhancements, pipeline management, and problem resolution. Weekly summary report (quick synopsis of activities, accomplishments, competitor watch, upcoming events). At least 5 years mortgage knowledge.
