Job Description:
Within the Financial Services, Marketing, under direct supervision this job is responsible for coordinating activities for multi-disciplinary teams by providing logistics and facilities support for account planning meetings. Works closely with partners/business development executives to understand the needs of the teams supported and collects/disseminates relevant account information. Also tracks account plans and action item progress. Responsibilities Coordinates and participates in account team meetings, acting as the central point of contact for account team(s) to ensure appropriate meeting logistics and facilities. Maintains account plans and regularly reviews against established milestones and targets. Ensures follow-up on action items by tracking progress against deadlines. Provides relevant account knowledge to team(s) regarding the target/client, its industry and its competitors by collecting information from established sources. Supports pursuits by coordinating the use and dissemination of collaterals, research, business analysis and competitive intelligence. Track and report account team results through the use of account management tools. Develop industry and specialty knowledge by attending business association/industry/Area team meetings, studying relevant publications and participating in learning opportunities. Facilitates communication among account team members and integrates information provided by the team into a useable format. Demonstrates basic to intermediate understanding and application of principles and practices of account management. Duties are generally varied in scope and basic to moderately complex. REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: To qualify, candidates must have: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience approximately 3-5 years of relevant work experience; previous sales, marketing or project management experience is desirable strong organizational skills and attention to detail excellent written, verbal, oral and presentation skills ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously As the job involves preparing materials for clients, long hours are required.
