AVP of Claims Review

This person will be responsible for the effective management of the claim review process. They will have responsibility for call center management as well as ultimate back office processing for all claim review activities. They will manage team of Claim Review Specialists and lead process improvements and project leadership. This individual will be responsible managing relationships with customers including Agents, Policyholders and Providers. Develop and maintain a Field communication strategy (Bootcamps, seminars, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate must have Staff Management experience and Claims knowledge. A business degree and Call Center application knowledge is desired.
