Assistant Vice President, Third Party Review
The Third Party Review Department of Balboa Insurance Group will audit/review third party business processes, procedures and controls periodically to ensure compliance with regulations and contract between Balboa and the third party. The team will visit third parties that provide services and interact with Balboa's departments. The key focus will be on third parties that issue certificates, collect premiums and process claims. The Third party review team will review processes and procedures on site document the findings and report them to Balboa business and department leaders.
Primary responsibilities include:

Perform third party reviews.

Prepare reports with documented findings and suggested actions to be taken.

Modify/update third party review program, templates and reports.

Work with business leaders and third parties to track status of action plans as agreed upon by business leaders and third party.
A successful candidate will have:

A 4-year college degree (Bachelor or equivalent).

7+ years related experience.
