May manage a small office or business unit and be a H&W practice (or team) leader in a small office. May also serve on a regional H&W practice council.MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: 4 year college degreeMINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 8 years in health & welfare field with at least 4 years of consulting experienceSPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Must have extensive experience with large clients (2,000 ees+).DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent will be a client facing consultant, with responsibility for taking a key role in business development, strategic and technical consulting, project management, H&W relationship management.
